S B Associates

We’ve been running S B Associates out of the Housing Board Colony for a while now. It’s a quiet enough spot in Hiran Magri Sector 9, right near Savina. People find us easily because we’re close to the Pavana River. Most days start early here. We handle a lot of paperwork and meetings. It’s not a fancy office, just some desks and files. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so things stay calm until the afternoon school traffic kicks in. Sometimes the river breeze helps when it's hot out. We just do our work and go home like everyone else. There isn't much to say about it. We’ve stayed in this same spot because it’s convenient for the locals. You’ll usually see a few motorbikes parked outside. We deal with whatever comes across the desk, mostly local business stuff and keeping records straight. It gets a bit dusty in the summer, but we keep the fans going. The address is 2/23, so it’s easy to spot if you’re looking for the block number. We don't have a big sign or anything, just a small one by the door. It’s a practical space. We keep coffee on the side table for visitors, though it’s usually just us drinking it. If you’re walking from the main market, it takes about ten minutes. It’s just a regular local workplace where we try to stay organized and get through the pile of folders before the day ends.
