We are set up at 1 Samridhi Complex, which sits directly opposite the main gate of the Krashi Mandi. It’s a very active spot to be in, especially during the early mornings when the market first opens up and all the trucks arrive. We do import and export work, mostly handling various goods that come through this trade hub. The office we have is simple, just some sturdy desks and a whole lot of files stacked up. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking through long shipping lists. Being right near the Mandi gate means there is always a lot of shouting and movement outside our window. It makes things feel very alive. We don't have a fancy lobby or any air-conditioned waiting room. It’s just a place where we sit and work through the difficult logistics of moving products across borders. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, or the traffic outside makes it hard to even get to our front door, but we manage just fine. We aren't a big multinational company; we are just a local team trying to do things the right way. We know the people working at the gate and the regular drivers who pass by every day. It feels like a real community around here. We don't bother putting out big glossy brochures or anything like that.
