Our office is located at 13-14 Bhan Bagh in the New Fatehpura area of Udaipur. It’s a nice part of the city to work in. We’ve got a couple of rooms here since it’s plots 13 and 14. Udaipur is a beautiful place, and being in Bhan Bagh keeps us close to the heart of things. We’re just a small team of people working on real estate stuff. The office stays pretty busy most of the time. We have stacks of papers and maps lying around because that’s the nature of the job. It’s not a polished corporate environment, just a place where we sit and work. Sometimes the chai guy comes by and we take a break. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The building is older but it’s sturdy and serves us well. We don't really go for fancy furniture or anything like that. Just some basic desks and enough chairs for whoever stops by to talk about land or buildings. New Fatehpura has a lot of activity, so there’s always someone passing through. We just try to keep things honest and get through the daily tasks. It’s a simple operation, really. We enjoy being in Udaipur. It’s a good city with good people. If you know the Bhan Bagh area, we’re not hard to spot. Just look for the usual office signs on the gate. We're just regular people trying to do a decent job every single day.
