Operating out of the Lodha Complex near Shastri Circle is quite an experience because of how much goes on around here. Our space is 438-339, which sounds like a lot of room, but once you fill it with desks, cupboards, and stacks of folders, it starts feeling quite lived-in. Shastri Circle is a landmark everyone in Udaipur knows, so finding us isn't usually the problem, it’s just the traffic you have to navigate first. We have spent many years sitting in these chairs, looking at the same walls, and watching the city change outside the windows. The office has that smell of old paper and ink, something you get used to after a week or two. We don't have a big team of people in suits, just a few of us who know the routine and stick to it. Every day starts with cleaning the dust off the tables because Rajasthan winds always find a way inside. We drink a lot of tea while going through the ledger books and checking the entries. It is steady work, nothing too exciting, but it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down over the city. Sometimes clients stay for a chat about the weather or the local news, and other times it is just quick handovers and back to work. We like the rhythm of this place and being part of the local business community here in Udaipur Ho.
