Rsmml is located at House Number 12, which is known as Kala Mandir in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Udaipur is a beautiful place to work, though being in the mining and minerals sector means we are often dealing with the more rugged side of the state. Our office here in the city is the hub for all the paperwork and planning that goes into our larger operations. It’s a regular house that has been converted into a workspace, so it has a bit of a homey feel compared to a standard office building. We have been part of the Udaipur business scene for many years. Most of our days are filled with coordinating logistics and making sure the sites have what they need. Rajasthan is a tough environment for this kind of work, with the heat and the dry terrain, but it’s what we know best. We aren't a company that puts on a big show. We just focus on the minerals and the ground beneath our feet. The office at Kala Mandir is usually buzzing with people coming in from the various sites to drop off reports or pick up supplies. We drink a lot of chai and spend a lot of time looking at maps of the district. It’s a very hands-on kind of business where you can’t be afraid to get a little dirty. We just try to keep things running smoothly from day to day.
