Robo Silicon, Hyderbad

This is Robo Silicon, but we’re a bit of an unusual setup because while the name says Hyderabad, we are actually operating out of Udaipur. We’re located over at Nao Ghat Marg, right near the City Palace, which is a pretty famous spot if you’re from around here. We work out of D.K. Bhatnagar’s place at number 1. It’s a nice area of Rajasthan to be in, even if the name on the registration points somewhere else. We deal with the same kind of silicon and construction sand products as the other branches. It gets quite hot here in the summer, which makes the outdoor work a bit tough, but we manage. We aren’t a huge corporate office with hundreds of people. It’s more of a local operation where we know the neighbors. If you’re walking near the palace, you might run into one of us. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating deliveries and checking on stock levels. The Udaipur office handles a lot of the regional coordination. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a desk and some filing cabinets and a lot of talk about logistics. It’s straightforward work. We just try to stay on top of the orders coming in. People in the trade know where to find us. We’ve been at this location for a bit now and it suits us fine for what we do. We don't spend money on marketing; we just focus on the supply chain. Everything is pretty simple here.
