Rasraj Ayurvedic Pharmacy

Our pharmacy is right on R/1 Road in the Jai Shree Colony, not far from Dhulkot Choraya. Rasraj Ayurvedic Pharmacy is where we spend most of our time. It smells like herbs and dried roots in here, which some people like and others find a bit strong when they first walk in. We have lots of jars and packets everywhere. It is a bit of a maze sometimes. We have been here long enough that we do not really notice the smell anymore. The colony is usually quiet, but the crossroads get busy during rush hour. We spend the day weighing things out and talking to people about what is bothering them. Ayurvedic stuff takes time, and we tell people they have to be patient with the process. We are not a big chain. It is just a local spot where you can get traditional supplies. Sometimes we have to source specific items that are hard to find. The floor is old stone and stays cool even when it is very hot outside. We do not have big signs or flashing lights. Just the name on the front of the shop. We see families who have been coming here for years. It is nice to know the names of the people who walk through the door. We keep a ledger for everything. It is old fashioned, but it works for us. We just keep doing what we have always done.
