Rajasthan Mewar Mix Ice Cream

Our shop is over in Ashoknagar Chak, specifically on University Road in the Nepali Para area. Being on University Road means we get a lot of students coming by between their classes. They are usually looking for something affordable and cold, so we try to keep things priced right for them. We do a mix of different styles, which is why we have the name we do. The area is always lively because of the university nearby, and there is a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. We’ve been at this spot in Nepali Para for some time now, and we’ve seen many groups of students graduate and move on. It’s a simple setup with a counter and our freezers lined up. We don't do much in the way of advertising; the students just tell each other about us. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a big group shows up all at once, but we just work through the line. The street outside can be a bit messy, but we keep our little corner clean. We aren't trying to be a big chain or anything like that. We are just a local shop providing something sweet to the people in Ashoknagar. It’s hard work, especially when the humidity is high, but we enjoy being part of the neighborhood and seeing the students every day.
