Raiszadeh

Our office is at 569 S. M. Lodha Complex. It’s a busy building, and we’ve been in room 569 for a good bit of time. Raiszadeh isn't a big operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just us, a small group of people who know each other well. The office is pretty compact, so we’re always bumping into each other, but we don't mind. We do our work without making a lot of noise about it. There’s no big sign in the lobby or anything like that. Most people who come to see us already know who we are or have heard about us from a neighbor. We keep things simple because that’s what works best for us. The S. M. Lodha Complex is always buzzing with other businesses, so there’s a lot of energy around. We spend our days handling whatever tasks come across our desks, usually with a cup of tea nearby. We don't use a lot of complicated language or try to act like we’re more important than we are. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning and try to do a decent job. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with papers, but we eventually get around to tidying it up. It’s a real place with real people, and we like the simplicity of it. There are days when the phone doesn't stop ringing and others when it's quite still, but we just take it as it comes. We usually leave exactly on time.
