Our office is located in what feels like a residential neighborhood, so it is very quiet most of the time. We have been in this spot for a good while and it feels like home to us now. The building is simple and doesn't have any massive signs out front. Inside, it’s just a regular workspace with the things we need to get our jobs done every day. Udaipur can be incredibly hot, especially in the middle of the year, so we tend to stay inside and keep the work moving along. We handle our daily tasks without much fuss or corporate jargon. It’s mostly just us at our desks, talking on the phones and managing our various projects. We don't have any polished mission statements or flashy presentations. We just believe in showing up and doing the work that needs to be done. The people living in Vaishali Nagar are our neighbors, and we see them every day when we come in. It is a very grounded way to run a company. We like the simplicity of it. There are no big surprises here, just a steady routine that we have grown used to over the years.
