Pedrini S.P.A. (Italy)

This is the North India office for Pedrini S.P.A. (Italy). We are based on the ground floor of Arihant Apartment, at B-1, on the Bedla-Badgaon Link Road. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an office, being in a residential apartment building, but it works for us. We handle the local side of things for the Italian parent company. Most of our work involves coordinating between the factories and the local clients who use the machinery. It’s a lot of emails and long phone calls. The Link Road can get quite busy during rush hour. Our office is pretty simple—just some desks, computers, and a lot of technical manuals stacked on the floor. We don't have a big sign outside, so people sometimes have trouble finding us at first. We aren't really a retail shop; it’s more about support and logistics. Sometimes we have to travel to different sites to look at machines. The crew here is small. We make our own coffee and eat lunch at our desks most days. It’s a quiet place to work compared to a big factory. We just try to keep the communication lines open. Managing things across different time zones can be tricky, so we are often here early or late. It’s a steady job that keeps us connected to the stone industry from a distance.
