We are located at 54 College Road. It’s right in Sikh Colony, near the Gurudwara. If you know the area, it's pretty easy to find since we are just opposite M B College. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get our work done every day. Most mornings start with clearing off the desks and checking what needs to be handled for the properties. It gets a bit busy around here when the college students are out and about. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The building is older, but it works for us. We don’t really do much in the way of big decorations or anything. Usually, someone is here by nine or so. We deal with a lot of local paperwork and people coming in to ask about plots or houses in the neighborhood. It’s a lot of talking and looking at maps. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud because of the main road, but you get used to it after a week. We keep a few chairs for visitors and a small table for tea. It’s just how things go here. We try to stay organized, though some days the files pile up more than they should. If you walk past the Gurudwara, you’ll see our sign. It’s a basic setup, really. We spend most of the afternoon on the phone or out looking at sites near the colony. It’s just us doing our thing.
