Night King Chicken Corner

You’ll find us on Airport Road in Debari, right near the petrol pump. It’s a bit of a drive out from the main Udaipur city, but it’s a good spot for people heading towards the airport or coming back. Being near the petrol pump means we get a lot of truck drivers and travelers who are stopping to fuel up. We mostly do chicken, and you can usually smell it cooking from the road. The setup is very basic. We have some outdoor seating because it gets quite hot inside the small building during the day. At night, it’s a bit cooler and the lights from the petrol pump keep the area bright. We don't have any fancy plates or silverware. It’s all very practical and meant for people who are in a hurry. The dust from the road is something we deal with every day, so we are always wiping things down. We start the fires early in the evening and keep going until the last customer leaves. Sometimes we stay open late if there are people still on the road. It’s a family-run thing, so someone is always here to handle the orders. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just see the sign while they are driving and pull over if they are hungry. It’s been this way since we opened and we like the routine. The petrol pump is a big help because it brings in people who wouldn't normally stop out here on the edge of Debari.
