We are situated right near the BSNL office in Sector 3 of Hiran Magri. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you’re familiar with this part of Udaipur. The area is mostly offices and some houses, so it stays fairly calm during the workday. Our space isn't very large, but we’ve made it work by putting up a lot of shelving to keep everything off the floor. We spend our mornings checking the arrivals and making sure everything looks like it should. It’s mostly just manual labor, lifting bags and moving things from the back to the front. We don’t have a big corporate structure or fancy titles; everyone just chips in where they are needed. Sometimes the internet at the BSNL office next door goes out and it messes with our phones too, but we just wait it out. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet because we’re usually too busy with the orders. We try to keep a regular schedule, opening up at nine and closing by six. It’s a steady routine that keeps us grounded. Most of the people who come by are regulars from the neighborhood who know our names. We don’t do much in the way of promotion; we just rely on people seeing us here every day. It's a plain business.
