Mehta & Co

We are situated at 7 Hiran Magri Main Road, in Sector 4. Mehta & Co has been operating from this location for many years now. Our office is right on the main road, which is very busy and noisy, but it’s easy for everyone to find us. We deal with all sorts of property matters, mostly around Sector 4 and other parts of Hiran Magri. The office is quite old-fashioned, with heavy wooden desks and stacks of paper files everywhere. We aren't much for using fancy technology; we still prefer writing things down in our ledgers and keeping physical copies of everything. A lot of our day is spent talking to people who walk in or calling folks about new listings. We know the history of many houses in this neighborhood because we’ve been around so long. We might spend the morning at the office and the afternoon out visiting a property or meeting with an owner. Sector 4 is an established place with many long-term residents, so we handle a lot of family-owned homes. We just provide the information we have and let people make their own choices. There are no high-pressure sales here. We keep regular hours, but the work often follows us home because there’s always more paperwork to do. It’s just a steady, local business and we are happy to be part of the community in Sector 4. It’s how we’ve always done things at Mehta & Co.
