Meera Academy

Meera Academy is located at Plot Number 45 on Udr Marg Ki Aamli, which is in the Padrada area of Rajsamand. It is a bit of a specific address, but once you are on Udr Marg, it is not too hard to spot Plot 45. The academy is a fairly simple building where we hold classes throughout the week. Rajsamand is a place where people value education, so we try to provide a steady environment for the students who come to us. We don't have any fancy decorations or big signs, just the name of the academy and the rooms where the learning happens. The area around Padrada is generally calm, though you get the usual sounds of the road and people passing by. We have a small staff that takes care of the teaching and the administration. Most of our day is spent at our desks or standing in front of a chalkboard. It is honest work and we have been doing it this way for a while now. The students come from the surrounding neighborhoods, and some walk quite a distance to get here. We make sure the rooms are ready for them every morning. Sometimes the weather in Rajasthan makes it very hot, so we rely on the fans and keep the curtains drawn to block out the sun. It is a practical school for local people, and we just try to keep things moving along according to the plan every day.
