At Manish Nalwayas Commerce Tutorials, things are pretty straightforward. We are situated at 14 A in the Shivpark Colony area of Udaipur. Our place is right on the Main Road, so it is not hard to spot us when you are driving or walking by. Being in the Udaipur Ho area with the 313001 pincode, we get a lot of local traffic. The building is a regular house-style setup that we have converted for teaching commerce subjects. It is a bit of a busy road outside, so there is always the sound of cars and people passing by. Inside, we have desks and the basic things needed for tutorials. We do not go in for all those modern office designs; it is just a practical space for students to sit and learn. Most of the time, the owner is around or one of the staff is handling the front area. We spend our days going through accounts and commerce notes. The Shivpark Colony is a nice enough place, and being on the Main Road helps people find us without getting lost in the backstreets. It is just a local business run by local people who understand the area. There is no corporate vibe here at all. We just open up in the morning, do the classes, and close late in the evening once the last student leaves. It is a lot of hard work but it is what we do here in Udaipur.
