Maanvik Construction & Developers operates out of Bhupalpura, specifically at number 307, 53. We’re a small team that handles building projects around this neighborhood and nearby areas. We started because we saw a lot of houses needed updating or new plots were being developed. It’s not some big national corporation. It’s just us trying to build things that stay standing and look alright. We spend a lot of time talking to local suppliers and making sure we have enough bricks and cement for the week. Construction is a messy business, and there are always surprises once you start digging or tearing down a wall. We try to take it as it comes. Sometimes we're ahead of schedule, and sometimes the weather or a broken machine puts us behind. We don't use any fancy talk to explain that, we just tell it like it is to the client. Our office in Bhupalpura is where we do the planning, but you’ll mostly find us out on the sites. We know the streets here pretty well by now. Most of our work comes from people seeing our signs on a half-finished house and giving us a call. We don't need a polished image. We just need to do the work and make sure the roof doesn't leak. It’s a practical way to live, and it keeps us busy enough. We’re just locals building for other locals.
