We are located at 520 in the Lodha Complex, which sits right near the busy Shastri Circle. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a distance from the street noise, though you can still hear the horns honking during the evening rush hour. The office is a collection of desks and metal cabinets that have seen better days, but they hold everything we need to function. We spend our mornings sorting through the mail and catching up on what happened the day before. It is a very standard Udaipur business life, nothing out of the ordinary. We know the security guards at the complex and the people who run the small shops downstairs. Most of our day is spent dealing with the technical side of the business, making sure the figures are right and the forms are filled out correctly. It can be tedious for some, but we have a rhythm that works for us. The light comes in quite strongly in the afternoons, so we usually have to pull the blinds halfway down. We don't really have a philosophy or a grand plan, we just show up every morning and try to get through the list of tasks. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish, and other times we head out early if the work is done. It’s just a regular office run by regular people who know their job well.
