Our plant is located at F-227 in the Madri Industrial Area, which is on the outskirts of Udaipur. If you’ve ever been to Madri, you know it’s a place where things get made, with lots of smoke and noise from all the factories. We work with phosphate, so things can get quite dusty around here. We’ve been at this spot for many years, and we’ve seen the industrial area grow and change around us. The work we do is pretty straightforward but it’s physically demanding. We spend our days monitoring the processing units and making sure the raw materials are being handled correctly. There’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving stuff with forklifts. We don’t have any corporate slogans or a marketing team. We’re just a bunch of regular people who come in every day to run the plant. Most of our focus is on the chemistry and the final output of the product. It’s often very hot, especially in the middle of summer, but we just keep the water bottles full and get on with the job. We have our routines, like the morning safety check and the afternoon tea break. We don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. It’s a phosphate factory, and we work hard to keep it running smoothly so the orders go out on time.
