Liberty Paint House

You can find Liberty Paint House over in Shakti Nagar, right across from the Andhra Bank. It is a convenient spot because people can just park nearby and pop in. We focus mostly on paints, obviously. The shop is filled with those mixing machines and tall stacks of paint tins. It gets a bit loud when the machines are running, but that is the sound of work. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we have stayed right here at number 237. The sun hits the front window pretty hard in the afternoon, so we usually have the shutter halfway down to keep the heat out. Inside, it smells like fresh chemicals and pigment. It is not a bad smell once you get used to it. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about which finish is better for their walls or how many liters they might actually need. Often they buy too much and we tell them they probably do not need that third bucket. We are not much for fancy displays. Most of the stuff is just stacked where it fits. It is a simple operation. We open the doors, sweep the front, and get to work. If you are looking for us, the bank across the street is the best landmark to use. The sign above the door is a little crooked, but it has been that way for years and we just leave it be.
