Laxmi Power Engineering Works

Out in the Gudli Industrial Area is where we do all our engineering work. It is quite a bit away from the main town, but this is the best place for a workshop like ours. We have large machines that we use to fix motors and generators. It is noisy and the air often smells of oil and metal, but that is the environment we like. We are not the type of people who want to sit behind a desk all day. We would much rather have grease on our hands and be fixing a machine that stopped working. The floor is made of concrete and it is covered in marks from all the heavy gear we move around. We don't have a fancy sign or a reception area. Most of the time, we are out the back working, so you have to shout to get our attention over the sound of the tools. Companies from the surrounding industrial area bring their equipment to us because they know we will get it running again. We don't do any marketing or have a sales team. The quality of the repairs we do is what brings people back. It’s hard work, especially in the middle of summer when the shed gets really hot, but we take it as it comes. We just focus on the job at hand and make sure everything is sorted before the customer picks it up.
