Kumar Architects

Our office is situated on Central Road in Goverdhan Vilas. It’s a place where we’ve been doing architectural work for a good number of years now. If you know the Goverdhan Vilas area, you’ve probably passed by our building at some point. Inside, it’s a fairly typical workspace for architects. There are desks piled with blueprints, computers running design software, and rolls of drawings tucked into corners. We are a small team, and we spend our time working through the specifics of building projects. People come to us when they have a piece of land and a rough idea of what they want to put on it. We take those ideas and turn them into something that can actually be built. It involves a lot of math, checking regulations, and drawing lines over and over until they are right. We don't have any fancy marketing people or a big sales pitch. We just focus on the drawings and the technical requirements. Central Road is a good spot for us because it’s easy for clients to find. We get a mix of residential and small commercial projects. Some days are spent entirely at the desk, and others we’re out looking at sites. We’ve seen many houses go up in this neighborhood over the years. We take pride in just doing the work steadily and being there for the people who live around here. It’s what we do and it keeps us occupied.
