At Kesar Alloys & Metals (P) Ltd., our daily life happens at Plot No.117-118 in Sector-3 of the Industrial Area. We are located quite close to Laxmi Pipe, which is a good reference point for anyone trying to find us. Since we’re in an industrial zone, it’s not exactly a quiet or pretty place to work. There are factories and warehouses all around us, and the air usually smells like burnt metal or diesel. Our facility is a bit bigger than a standard retail shop because we deal with various alloys and metals that need specific storage. We might have the private limited status in our name, but it still feels like a small family business when you walk through the doors. The front office is mostly filled with files and a couple of computers that have seen better days. Out in the back, where the actual metal is kept, it’s a different story. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and careful sorting to make sure we know exactly what we have on hand. The workers usually have the radio playing to drown out some of the machine noise from the neighbors. It’s a lot of long hours and sweating over inventories, but it keeps us busy. We don't go in for big marketing speeches or anything like that; we just focus on the piles of metal in front of us and getting through the day.
