We are Kanakdeep Nidhi Limited and we operate out of North Sunderwas in Udaipur. Our address is number 38. Udaipur is a beautiful city, but we are tucked away in a more residential-feeling part of it. The 313001 area is where we spend most of our time. It’s a bit away from the tourist lakes and the big palaces, which suits us just fine. Our office at 38 North Sunderwas is where the paperwork happens. It’s a straightforward setup with some chairs for visitors and our computers. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone writing fancy scripts for us. This is just how we talk. People come by when they need to talk about their accounts or just to drop off some documents. Being in North Sunderwas means we see a lot of the same neighbors every day. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of this part of Udaipur. Kanakdeep Nidhi Limited is just a local business trying to keep things organized. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our part here in the city. The office stays cool in the summer which is nice because it gets hot out there. We keep a pot of water for anyone who stops in. There’s no pressure or corporate vibe here. We just sit down, look at the papers, and figure things out. It’s a simple way to run things. Most days are pretty much the same and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and work.
