Kala Ashram Ayurved Medical College And Hospital

Down at 21-A Daitya Magri, you’ll find our college and hospital. It is a big old place dedicated to Ayurved. We have students running around most of the time with their books and white coats. It’s a mix of a school and a place where people come when they aren’t feeling well. The smell of herbs is everywhere. We spend a lot of time grinding things up or boiling waters for different treatments. It’s not like those modern glass hospitals you see in the city center. This place has more character than those. The walls have been painted a few times, but you can still tell it’s an older building. Daitya Magri is a decent area, though parking can be a bit of a struggle when the morning classes start. We have a small garden where some of the plants grow. It isn't much, but it's nice to look at during a quick lunch break. The hospital side stays busy with folks looking for traditional ways to get healthy. We have doctors who have been teaching here for decades. They are strict but they really know their stuff. Every morning there is a bit of a rush to get the wards cleaned and the students in their seats. It’s a lot of coordination between the hospital staff and the teachers. We just try to keep the wheels turning and make sure everyone is learning or getting better. It is a busy, noisy, but good place to be.
