Jyotish Anusandhan Kendra

Up in Hiran Magri Sector 4, life is a bit different than the main city center. Our place, Jyotish Anusandhan Kendra, is located on Manva Khera Road, specifically at number 11. It’s a quiet area for the most part, which is good for the kind of work we do here. We spend a lot of time researching and looking into ancient patterns. It’s not just a quick stop-and-go kind of place. People usually come here when they have something serious on their minds. The building itself is quite plain. I’ve worked here for a long time and seen the neighborhood change quite a bit as more houses went up along the road. We have a lot of books stacked up on the shelves, some of them quite old and worn at the edges. When someone walks in, they usually notice the smell of old paper and maybe some incense. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with a TV or anything like that. Just some wooden benches where people wait their turn. The walk down Manva Khera Road is nice in the mornings before it gets too hot. Most of our visitors are local families who have been coming to this sector for generations. We don’t use any complicated computer programs if we can help it; we prefer doing the calculations by hand. It takes longer but it feels more right that way. It's just how we operate.
