Most of our day is spent out on the road in the cars rather than sitting behind a desk. The cars aren't brand new, but we keep them running well and the brakes are always checked. Sometimes people are nervous when they first sit in the driver's seat, so we just talk them through it quietly. It gets dusty out there, and the sun can be quite sharp against the windshield. We don't have any fancy simulators; we just get straight to the actual driving. The staff here has been driving for years, and we’ve seen all kinds of mistakes on the road. We just stay patient.
