Jai Bhawani Fruit Bhandar

Our stall is right at Bapu Bazar, specifically near the Delhi Gate Choraha 14. It’s a very noisy and active part of town, which we like. There’s always someone passing by, whether they’re heading to work or just out shopping in the market. We deal in all kinds of fruits, whatever is in season really. Every morning we have to get everything set up, stacking the fruit so it looks decent and making sure everything is fresh. It's a lot of work to keep things sorted, especially when it’s hot outside. We don't have a big corporate setup or anything like that, just a local fruit bhandar where we know a lot of our customers by name. People stop by on their way home to pick up a few things for their families. Sometimes we chat about the weather or how the prices of things are going up. The Delhi Gate area is always moving, with cars and rickshaws constantly honking, but you get used to it after a while. We just focus on what we have on the shelves and try to keep the quality steady. It’s a simple business, buying and selling what grows on trees. We’ve been at this spot for a good while and we don't plan on going anywhere. If you’re ever near the choraha, you’ll probably see us there among all the other shops and stalls.
