We’ve been here at Satyam Shopping Centre on M. G. Road for a while now. J. P. Dyechem Pvt. Ltd. mostly handles chemicals and dyes for different industries around Mumbai. It's a busy spot in Ghatkopar East. Our office is on the ground floor at C-12, which makes it easy for people to drop by. We deal with suppliers and factories daily. Most of the time, the desk is covered in paperwork or samples. It isn't a fancy setup, just a regular workplace where we get the job done. Sometimes the traffic outside on M. G. Road is loud, but you get used to it. We keep track of orders and make sure the right stuff gets to the right place. People know us for being around for years. We just focus on the day-to-day work of supplying what's needed. If you walk past the shopping centre, you’ll see our door. There’s no big sales pitch here. We just handle the chemicals and keep the business moving. It's a lot of coordination and phone calls. Usually, we are busy with shipments and billing. It’s a practical way to earn a living. We’ve stayed in this same location because it works for us and the customers know where to find us. Nothing too complicated about it. We just open up every morning and start through the list of what needs doing.
