We are located at Plot No. 2 in the Partap Nagar Industrial Estate Area. The easiest way to find the place is to look for the Udaipur Cotton Mill, as we are right near it. The mill is a big landmark around here and everyone knows it. Our shop is full of all kinds of hardware stuff piled up on metal racks. We have everything from heavy pipes to small boxes of screws and nails. The building itself is an older one and the walls have a few cracks, but it holds everything we need. Since we are in an industrial estate, the roads are often bumpy and full of lorries. We don't have a fancy display window or anything like that. People just come in, ask for what they need, and we go find it in the back. It gets very hot in Udaipur during the summer months, and the tin roof of the warehouse makes it even hotter. We usually keep some cold water in a clay pot for anyone who stops by. The staff here knows exactly where every single item is kept, even if the shelves look a bit messy to an outsider. We spend our time counting stock and helping people load their trailers. It is honest work and we have been doing it this way for years. We open early before the sun gets too high and stay until the deliveries are all sorted.
