Ibba Foundation

You can find the Ibba Foundation in Bagma, which is in the Udaipur area of South Tripura. Our address is care of Anjun Paul Barabhaiya. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't from the area, but it’s a beautiful part of the country. We work out of a simple building that serves as our headquarters for everything we do. Life in South Tripura moves at its own speed, and we’ve adapted to that. Our office isn't full of high-tech gadgets or fancy furniture. It’s just a place where we can sit down and focus on the work at hand. We started this foundation because we saw things in our local area that needed attention. Most days involve talking to people in the community and seeing how we can help with small things. We don't have a big staff, so everyone does a bit of everything, whether it’s cleaning the office or filing paperwork. It’s a very grassroots way of doing things. We don't put out big advertisements or try to sound like a big organization. We’re just local people working in Bagma. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but we manage to keep the doors open. Our setup is humble, but it’s ours, and it gives us a base to operate from. It’s just us, doing what we can from a small corner of Tripura without any fuss or fancy titles.
