Hindustan Zinc Limited

We are located on the second floor of the Engineers Hostel in Zinc Nagar, specifically in Room Number 4. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs every day, but you get used to it. From up here, you can see a bit more of the colony and the traffic moving along Kapasan Road in Chittorgarh. The hostel is a busy place, filled with people who work for Hindustan Zinc Limited. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a lot of peace and quiet during the day, as there is always something going on. We use this room as our main base. It’s got enough space for what we need, even if it’s a bit cramped when more than two people are inside. The walls are thin enough that you can hear the televisions or the conversations from the next room over. It’s a very human way to live. We don't have a lot of fancy office equipment, just the basics to get things done. In the evenings, the air cools down a bit and we usually sit out or talk to the others in the hallway. Living in a hostel means you are never really alone, which has its ups and downs. We just keep our heads down and do our part from this little corner of the building. It is a humble space but it serves us well enough for our daily needs.
