We are located in the Madri Industrial Area, right near NH 8. The specific spots are F-4-39 and 40. Hercules Control & Instrumentation Pvt Ltd has been operating from this factory space for quite a few years now. Being so close to the highway makes it easy for the trucks to find us, which is good because we move a lot of equipment. The workshop is big and it can get quite loud when all the machines are running at once. We handle instrumentation and control panels. It’s precise work, even if the environment is a bit rugged. There’s a lot of welding and wiring going on. We have a small office tucked into the front, but most of the action happens in the back. It’s not a place for suits. We wear overalls and boots because there’s always something heavy being moved around. The sun hits the metal roof in the afternoons and it gets pretty warm inside, but we’ve got fans going to keep us sane. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. We just focus on the panels we are building. If something isn't right, we take it apart and do it again until it is. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We just stay busy and keep the orders moving out to the highway. It is a noisy but good life.
