We are located at B-7 in the Riico Industrial Area, right along N.H. 8 in Sukher. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly about the stone trade around here. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. It’s a dusty place, mostly because of all the marble cutting and moving going on throughout the day. The trucks are always coming and going on the highway, making it a bit loud, but that’s just how things are in Sukher. At Haveli Marble Pvt. Ltd., we spend most of our hours looking at slabs and checking for cracks or patterns. It isn't a glamorous job. My boots are usually covered in white dust by noon. We have a small office space inside the yard where we keep the records and grab a cup of tea when things slow down. The sun hits the yard pretty hard in the afternoon, so we try to get the heavy loading done early if we can. Sometimes the cranes act up, or a delivery is late because of traffic on the NH 8, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a straightforward business. People come by to see what we have in stock, we show them around the piles of stone, and that’s about it. We don't have a big fancy showroom, just the yard and the machines. It works for us and the people who know where to find us.
