Udaipur is famous for its lakes, but life for us is centered in Hiran Magri, specifically in Section 11 at Apeksha Apartment, room 307. That’s where Hanudra Nidhi Limited is based. Being in an apartment building makes the office feel a bit more like a home than a shop. We like that because it makes people feel more relaxed when they come to talk about money. We don't have a giant neon sign or a lobby with a receptionist. You just come up to the third floor and walk in. We spend our days dealing with the usual paperwork that comes with running a Nidhi company. It’s a lot of recording entries and checking balances. The view from the window is just the local street, but it keeps us connected to what’s happening outside. Most of our members are people from the surrounding buildings or folks who work in this part of Udaipur. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in the city. We just want to do a decent job for the people who trust us. Sometimes we have a backlog of files to go through, and the office gets a bit messy with papers, but we eventually get through it all. It’s just us doing the best we can with the resources we have. If you’re looking for a shiny corporate office, this isn’t it, but if you want to talk to real people, we’re here.
