You’ll find us at F-8 on Road Number 1 in the Gudli Riico Industrial Area. It’s a pretty industrial setting, as you can probably tell from the name. There is a lot of metal around here and the smell of grease is pretty much permanent. We spend our days working with gears and various mechanical parts. It’s a noisy environment with the sound of lathes and cutters going most of the day. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning in every room; mostly, we just have the big fans and the open doors to keep the air moving. The floor is stained with oil in places, but that’s just part of the job. We have a small group of workers who have been doing this for years and they know the machines better than anyone. We don’t really do any promotion or have a sales team. People usually find us because they need something specific made or repaired, and they heard we have the right tools for it. The Riico area is quite large, but Road Number 1 is easy to find once you are in the gate. We eat our tiffin together under the shade when it gets too hot in the afternoon. It’s honest work, and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We just make sure the gears are cut right and the orders are ready on time for whoever needs them.
