Our factory is located at G-90 in the Iid Center of the Riico Industrial Area in Kaladwas. It’s a bit of a journey to get out here, but it gives us the space we need for the polytech work we do. We deal with various plastics and polymers every day. The machines are quite large and they stay warm to the touch even after they are turned off. There is a specific smell of heated plastic in the air that you just get used to. We’ve been out here in Kaladwas for several years. The area is still being developed, so there is often some construction noise or new buildings going up nearby. Our facility is a standard industrial shed with a metal roof. We have a small office tucked away upstairs where we keep all the records and files. We actually spend most of our time down on the factory floor anyway. It is better to be where the machines are so we can see the production happening. We have a good group of workers who have been with us for a long time. We aren't big on having formal meetings. We just talk through problems while we work. The drive to Kaladwas can be long when the traffic is bad. We usually arrive early to beat the heat of the day. We focus on the quality of each batch we run. It’s a lot of hard work and experience. We just keep moving.
