We are located in Kapasan, specifically near the Hathi Wala Temple. The address is care of Lal Chand Soni and Banshi Lal Soni. It’s a local place, and everyone knows the temple, so it’s easy to explain where we are. We don't have a big glass building or anything. It's more of a traditional setup. Most of the work involves talking to people about land and property in the area. Kapasan is a tight-knit place, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. The office is simple and functional. There’s usually someone sitting out front or near the desk. We deal with a lot of local paperwork. It can get a bit dusty sometimes because of the location, but we don't mind. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood. We know most of the people who walk by. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just take things as they come. Being near the Hathi Wala Temple means we get to hear the temple bells, which is nice. We aren't trying to be some big city firm. We're just local folks helping out with realty stuff. The Sonis have been around here for ages, so it’s a familiar name for most. We just keep things moving at our own pace and try to stay helpful to those who come in.
