Dr Dalal Hospital

Dr Dalal Hospital is located in Ashok Nagar, over in the Udaipur area. we have been in this building for quite a while, and it has become a bit of a landmark for the people living nearby. It is not one of those new, shiny hospitals you see in the city center. It’s a practical building with three floors and a lot of stairs. Udaipur gets very hot in the summer, so we have coolers running in the halls to keep the patients comfortable. The hospital stays busy throughout the day and night. We have beds for people who need to stay for a few days, and the rooms are basic but kept clean by our staff. Dr Dalal is usually walking between the different wards or sitting in his office checking charts. We get a lot of families coming in from the Udaipur Ho area. The front desk is always piled with papers because we still do a lot of things by hand. There is a small tea stall just outside the main gate where the staff and the relatives of patients usually go for a break. It is a noisy, busy place, but that is just how a hospital in Ashok Nagar is. We don't have any marketing people. We just focus on getting people healthy so they can go back home. It’s a local place for local folks. The building shows its age, but it works for what we need. We've replaced a few windows lately.
