Disha Medical Center

Our center is located on the first floor of the Anugraha building over on Bedla Road in Fatehpura. It’s a fairly easy place to find if you know the area. We’ve been here for several years now. The waiting room is nothing special, just some rows of plastic chairs and a small desk where we keep the patient files. It can get quite crowded in the mornings before the sun gets too hot, and we try to manage the line as best as we can. We see all sorts of people from the neighborhood, some coming in for a regular check-up and others who are feeling quite poorly. The staff is just a few of us who have worked together for a long time, so we have a rhythm for how things go. We spend a lot of our time cleaning the floors and the counters because a medical place needs to stay as tidy as possible. Sometimes the doctor gets held up with a patient, and the wait times get a bit long, which we know can be annoying for people. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Most people come to us because they live nearby or their relatives told them about us. It’s just a regular part of the Fatehpura community. We just focus on doing our jobs and making sure everyone gets seen before we close up for the day.
