Dev Tuition is based at Plot No 6 in Nakoda Nagar. The location is right where Airport Road and Chittor Road meet up in Udaipur Ho. It is a growing area, so there is always some construction or something going on nearby. We have been at this plot for a bit, and it’s a decent spot for a tuition center. It’s not right on the main noisy road, but close enough that it’s easy to get to. The building is a simple one, nothing too modern or flashy. Inside, we have set up the rooms with basic desks and chairs. We try to keep it organized, though with students coming and going, it gets a bit messy by the end of the day. Nakoda Nagar is a quiet enough neighborhood most of the time. You can see the traffic moving towards the airport from the corner. We don't have any big flashy signs, just enough so people know they have reached the right place at Plot 6. It’s a practical setup. We spend a lot of time here preparing for the next day or just making sure the place is ready. It feels like a home-grown business because that is exactly what it is. No corporate headquarters or anything, just a local spot in Udaipur-Rajasthan for people who need a place to study. We are just around the corner from the main junction, so it is convenient for everyone around here. It works for us and the neighbors.
