Our company, Control Systems Engineers Pvt Ltd, is based out in the Bedla Road Industrial Area. It’s a bit of a drive from the city center, but it gives us the space we need for the workshop. The building is a simple structure, nothing fancy on the outside. Inside, it’s mostly workspace with a few small areas for the engineers to sit and think. We’ve got a lot of tools and testing equipment lying around. We spend our days working on control systems for various industries. It’s a lot of logic and wiring. Sometimes we spend the whole morning just talking about how a certain process should flow. We aren't a huge firm with a lot of hierarchy. If you have a question, you just ask whoever is closest to you. We don’t have a glossy brochure. Usually, our work comes from people who know us and know what we do. The industrial area is pretty quiet compared to the main roads, which helps when you’re trying to concentrate on a difficult problem. We eat lunch together in the small break area and then get back to the floor. It’s just a group of us who enjoy figuring out how things work. We don't make big promises, we just show up every day and do the engineering work that needs doing. It keeps us busy and out of trouble.
