Cashews are more complicated than people think. Here in Hiran Magri Sector-11, we handle quite a lot of them. I spend my time checking the quality of the nuts coming in. We get these big sacks delivered, and then it’s all about sorting them by size and color. Some are whole, some are broken, and they all have to be separated. The smell of raw cashews is quite strong in the warehouse. It’s a bit of a trek to get into our part of Sector-11, but we’ve been here a while. My office is just a small corner with a wooden desk and a lot of paperwork. I spend half my day on the phone with suppliers and the other half making sure the packaging is done right. We have a few machines that help, but a lot of it is still just people looking at the nuts on a conveyor belt. It’s a busy environment. We try to keep the floors clean, but cashew dust gets everywhere. Sometimes the trucks are late because of the traffic, which throws off the whole schedule. I usually stay late to make sure the doors are locked and the accounts are matched up for the day. It’s hard work, but someone has to do it. We don't have a big sign outside, just the business name and a lot of activity. It's a plain building, but we process a lot of cashews every week.
