We've been over here on Santosh Nagar Road No 4 for a while now. It's a busy spot in Gariyawas. People mostly come to us when they have a plot and need to see how a house might actually look before the bricks start going up. We make models and work on the basic plans. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with paper and foam board scraps everywhere, but that's just how it goes when you're drawing all day. My desk is usually covered in pens and half-finished sketches. It isn't a fancy place with leather chairs or anything. We just sit here, look at the measurements, and try to make sense of what can fit on a piece of land. Gariyawas has changed a lot since we started, more houses popping up every month. We see a lot of neighbors walking by on their way to 1001. If you stop in, you might find us arguing over where a window should go or just drinking tea. It’s mostly just hard work and making sure the lines on the page match up with the ground outside. We don't do big fancy presentations. Usually, it’s just us showing you a physical model so you can put your hand on it. It helps to see things in 3D instead of just flat paper. That's what we do here every day from morning until it gets dark.
