Our office is at 121 Fatehpura in the Kharol Colony area. It’s in JK House. We’ve been operating from here for quite a while now. Most of our day is spent looking at drawings or talking on the phone with people at construction sites. It’s not the quietest office because there is usually someone coming in with a question or a delivery of supplies. We have a few desks pushed together and shelves full of old files and site plans that we’ve collected over the years. Kharol Colony is a decent place to work out of, even if the streets get a bit narrow when the trucks are trying to pass through. We aren’t really the type of people who sit around much. If we aren't at the desk, someone is usually out checking on a project. We have a lot of coffee and try to keep the paperwork from piling up too high. It’s a simple operation really. We just focus on the engineering side of things and making sure the building plans are followed. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get out to the sites, especially when it rains, but the office work still needs to get done regardless. We know the neighbors around JK House and it feels like a regular part of the community here. There’s always some new project to talk about or some problem to solve on an old one, which keeps us busy until late evening.
