Bhasin Eye Hospital

We have been operating Bhasin Eye Hospital out of 4CB/2 Madhuban for a good number of years now. It’s a familiar spot for people in this part of town, mostly because we are right opposite the Hiran X Ray Clinic. If you are standing there looking at the X-ray place, you just turn around and there we are. The building itself has seen a lot of people come and go, and we’ve tried to keep the waiting area as comfortable as possible. It isn't anything fancy, just some sturdy chairs and a few old magazines that people sometimes actually read. Usually, the mornings are the busiest when folks come in for their checkups before work starts. Our staff mostly lives nearby, so they know the shortcuts around Madhuban and often talk to patients about what’s happening in the neighborhood. We deal with everything from people needing new glasses because they sat on their old ones to more serious things that take a bit more time to look at. The lights in the exam rooms are quite bright, which I guess is necessary for eye work, but it can be a bit of a shock when you first walk in from the street. We’ve got a small desk near the front where we keep all the records, and it gets a bit cluttered sometimes with all the paperwork. Anyway, that’s just how it is here. We open up early, get the tea going, and start seeing whoever is waiting outside.
