Bharat Sons

Bharat Sons has been at Surajpole 6 for a long time. It’s one of those shops that’s just part of the street now. We don’t really have a big sign or anything flashy. Most people know where we are. Inside, it’s a bit cramped because we have a lot of stock piled up on the shelves. We try to keep things organized, but it’s a constant battle. My father worked here before me, and now I’m the one opening the shutters every morning. The area around Surajpole is always bustling. You hear the horns and the people shouting all day long. We sell a bit of everything, depending on what people are asking for. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s a place where you come to find what you need and then go about your day. We spend a lot of time talking to the other shopkeepers nearby. We all know each other. Sometimes we have tea together when business is quiet. We don't have a website or do social media. We just wait for people to walk through the door. It’s a simple way to run a business. We focus on the daily tasks, like checking the ledger and making sure the inventory is right. If something is out of stock, we order more. That’s how it goes. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it this way for years.
