Ashu Physio Rehab

Ashu Physio Rehab is right here on University Road. We've been around in Anand Nagar for a bit now. You can find us behind Anand Plaza. It's pretty close to the Radha Krishna Temple. People usually just walk over when they're in the area. We do physiotherapy work mostly. The space isn't huge but it gets the job done. We spend most of the day helping folks with their exercises or back issues. It's often busy in the mornings. Sometimes the traffic on University Road is a headache, so give yourself some time. We keep things pretty simple. There's a bench for waiting and we try to keep the fans going when it's hot. If you see the temple, you're basically there. We’ve seen all sorts of injuries over the years. Some people come for a long time, others just a few visits. We just focus on the recovery part. It’s a local spot. Not much fancy equipment, just what's needed for rehab. We know most of the neighbors around here. Being near the plaza is handy for errands too. We open early most days. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint soon but the floor is always clean. We just work and go home. That’s how it is here at Ashu Physio Rehab. No bells or whistles, just the usual physio stuff. We keep our records in big paper folders and sometimes it takes a minute to find the right one. It's a bit old-fashioned but it works for us and the people who come here.
