Architectural Consultant

We are based right near Chetak Circle, which is a pretty well-known spot in the city. Our office is at City 77, and it’s where we do all our consulting work. It isn't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. Instead, it’s just a few of us who know a thing or two about building and design. We spend a lot of time looking at site maps and discussing how to make a space work better for whoever is going to use it. The traffic around the circle can be a bit much during rush hour, but it’s a convenient place for people to visit us. Most of the work involves sitting down with a client and looking at what they have and what they want to achieve. We look at the constraints of the land and the local regulations to see what’s possible. It’s a lot of problem-solving, really. Some days we are out on site, but mostly we are here at the desks. We’ve been in this area for a while, so we’ve seen the city change quite a bit. Our office is functional. There are rolls of paper everywhere and some old models sitting on the shelves gathering dust. We don’t mind the clutter because it shows we’re actually doing things. We take on projects of different sizes, whatever comes through the door. It’s steady work and we enjoy the process of seeing something go from a rough sketch to a real structure.
